Angeli was born in Olongapo City, Manila in the
Phillipines on September 17th. She is the youngest
daughter of two children, the other being an older brother
by four years. She has travelled much of her life, her father
being a man within the U.S. Navy. She has lived in places
such as San Diego, California; Austin, Texas, and Oak
Harbor, Washington.

It is in Washington that she first started her course toward
the creative writing "career" she has to date. It began with
a school short story assignment, from which she created a
tale called "The Cat From Catnip", which was the tale of a
group of spacecats that walked on two legs, wore clothes,
but simply looked like housecats. It is also in Washington
that she met her soul-sister and dearest friend, Danyelle.

Also in Washington, late in 1988, Angeli was introduced
to the paper/pencil roleplaying game "Dungeons & Dragons"
which she shared with Danyelle, and they both soon grew
a great affinity for the game. It was also soon after that the
original specifications for the "Tyberan" were created.
